A few words about the Trainer
Let us introduce ourselves
My name is Daniel Donaldson and I am a Personal Trainer who is qualified as a Master Trainer from the Australian Institute of Fitness and registered with Fitness Australia. I use this knowledge, plus what I have learnt in my own weight loss hourney of losing over 70kg, to help my clients reach their goals. I am a fun, easy going trainer who has a background in sports, running and boxing.
I love variety in my sessions and having a laugh… at appropriate times of course. I take my training and nutrition seriously and I use a variety of tools and technology to take mine and your training to the next level.
On a Personal Note:
I was the ultimate couch potato after losing some vision and using illness as an excuse. I became a personal trainer after losing 65kg and falling in love with the healthy and fit lifestyle that I now lead. My aim is to help fight
obesity in Australia and educate people on the benefits of living healthy, active lifestyles.
I have done this whilst being low-vision impaired and suffering from a once crippling arthritis. I love to motivate and inspire people with my own experiences. If I can turn my life around, I know anyone can.

How it all came to be…
Started in January 2014, Doing it with Dandy is an indoor and outdoors based Personal Training service that is aimed at helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. We are based out of a brand new boutique eellness studio in the heart of Stafford. We want to inspire people to take that first step to leading a fitter, healthier lifestyle.
We value all of our clients and hope to build a community type atmosphere within our client base; online and in the gym. Anyone who wants to train is welcome to come and try, no matter your age, gender, fitness level or mobility level.
Operating out of the Alter nature Wellness Clinic in Stafford. This gym is a brand new, privste, by appointment only gym that is fully equipped with all of the functional equipment you’d ever need. No Membership fees and a private, friendly, fun atmosphere to train in.
We specialise in fat loss and functional movements so that you aren’t just training to look better, it’s about feeling better, moving better, having less or no pain and being happy about your body. The training styles used is strength based training techniques, mixed with high intensity interval training, boxing and density training. But we always have fun as well.
